1. Physical Products

If you receive a physical item that is:

Damaged in transit

Incorrect
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will:

Replace the item, or

Issue a refund (minus shipping, if applicable)
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

2. Digital Products
As stated above in the Digital Product Policy, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, with exceptions for technical issues.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

We do not offer exchanges on digital products. Exchanges for physical products may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
