This policy applies specifically to digital downloads, patterns, e-courses, ebooks, and online content purchased from Why Knot Crochet with Dawn.

1. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via:

• Email with download link

• Confirmation page link

• Customer account downloads

Ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

2. License & Use

​

When you purchase a digital product:

• You receive a non-exclusive, personal use license

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the file or pattern

• You may create finished products for personal or small-business use (no mass production or resale of digital files)

3. Refunds

​

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” refunds are only considered when:

• The product file is corrupted

• The download link fails

Technical help with downloads or file formats is available via email.

We may update digital files. You may receive updated versions at our discretion.
